Animo is a Spanish word which has the meanings of mind, spirit, courage, intention, purpose, attention, thought and so on. ¡
Animo！means “Cheer Up!” in English. A director member of the company was dispatched to Paraguay as a long-term
expert of bovine embryo transfer by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) between 1985 and 1986. Considering
company name at the foundation, Science was added to Animo. In literally, keeping the Animo at the foundation, we will
press ahead further technological developments for the sake of international and domestic livestock farmers with
unwavering will, mental toughness and courage.
